Notice is hereby given that the Cass County, Missouri will receive sealed bids clearly marked “RFP No. 26-01 Cass County Justice Center Roofing” on or before 10:00 A.M. CDT, Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 to the Old Historic Courthouse, 3rd Floor (Commission Secretary), 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701. There will be a public opening of the bids immediately following in the Commission Chambers. Documents will be available by contacting the Owner’s Representative:

There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please reference the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. Prospective contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 am CDT at the Cass County Justice Center, 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701. In the event of inclement weather, an alternative location may be provided.

The County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.
