Convenience Fees

All convenience fees charged on credit and debit card transactions are retained by the payment processing company, CSG Forte. The Cass County Collector's Office does not charge or retain any of these fees. They are as follows as of April 4, 2023:

Credit Cards: 2.4% of the total charge

Debit Cards:  2.0% of the total charge

E-Check:  $2.00 per check.  E-checks may be taken over the phone with staff during normal business hours.
