You will also need to have an agreement with the Cass County Recorder of Deeds. You can request that directly from us, or Stacy can send it to you.
Electronic Recording Registration Packet
Submittal Requirements
Mail 2 signed copies of the registration packet to:

Original signatures are required on agreements. One copy will be returned to you.
Payment Options
ACH is now available through the
iCounty portal.
Documents will not be accepted for
ACH that are in a delinquent status.
